Damaris Auma Opillu is a video editor and a photographer, the founder and the chief editor at the Pauda Lens Services which was found and registered in 2015. She is also a member of the Kenya Photographers Association and has studied film making at the University. Currently she is working with the Mathare Foundation on the project Raising Voices through photography and bringing out the silent stories in Mathare slums, by training the children in the slum on photography skills and life skills. At the Mathare Foundation she comes in as the film making trainer and secretary to the organization. She is in charge of calling for meeting and sending out official communication to the trainers, secretariat and parents.
